STEP 1: INTRODUCTION

We follow up every enquiry to understand the things you’d like to achieve and the scope of the project. If we’re able to fulfill your project requirements we will schedule to meet you in person.

STEP 2: LET’S MEET

This is where we really get to know you – and we don’t want you to skimp on detail. We’ll go in-depth with your vision, gain a clear understanding of what is important for you and your family, discuss budget, time frames and answer all of your questions. The more we know, the better we’re able to advise you throughout the entire process and the happier we both will be.

STEP 3: DESIGN & CONCEPT

If your design plans are sorted, fantastic. If not, we’ll put you in touch with the best architect for your project to start turning your dreams into reality. We’ll also connect you with any specialists needed for the project, such as engineers or surveyors. We’ll then have sufficient information to define a relevant budget and get a quote to you.

STEP 4: FINALISE PAPERWORK

When you’re happy with the plans, it’s time to sign off on all the designs, working documents, contract and the final quote. This includes your timeline, starting and finishing dates, so you know when you can get ready to move in!

STEP 5: LET THE BUILDING COMMENCE!

It’s time to get to work and show you what we can do, and how stress-free it can be when you’ve partnered with the right team. We stay in constant communication with you so there’s no uncertainty, and any alterations you may like through the process get priced up and approved by you before we begin.

STEP 6: CONGRATULATIONS!

It’s time for a glass of bubbly because your stunning new home is complete and ready for the next exciting chapter of your life! We’ll not only handover the keys but get your home professionally cleaned and tidy all ready for you to move in.
