Communication

We have an open communication policy. If you have any queries regarding your project, we are always available to listen and accommodate your concerns or changes. We also schedule weekly/fortnightly site meetings to discuss progress, along with any issues or queries you may have. This is your chance to meet with the team one-on-one to discuss your project.

Qualified

We are an approved member of the New Zealand Certified Builders Association. This means you will have only trade qualified builders, or apprentices working towards becoming qualified, working on your property.  

On Time

Every job has a dedicated project manager to ensure the project runs smoothly. Sticking to schedule is a top priority for us. We do this by utilising scheduling software that calculates when various sub-contractors and materials are due on site, allowing us to organise them well ahead of time. It also shows us that we are meeting forecast milestones and are on track to meet our projected finish date.

Pricing

Our flexible pricing structure caters for all situations. If you decide you want a fixed price contract with no hidden costs, you can proceed with confidence, knowing that the build is going to come in at a pre-determined price. Alternatively, you can opt for a cost-plus-margin contract, where all invoicing is completely transparent, and you can see where every dollar is going.

Quality Workmanship

This is a given. Who would be happy with anything less? We have an eye for detail and are meticulous in our work. To help us achieve the best possible outcome, we only use trade certified sub-contractors that we trust to work to our meticulous standards, and who we have built good working relationships with over time. Along with this, we use a 284-point quality checklist to guarantee an excellent result, so your project doesn’t just meet the industry standard, but exceeds it.

Tidiness

We understand renovating can be an intrusive experience, with builders and other trades in your personal space. But we will always treat your home with respect and tidy up at the end of each day. Once the project is complete, we will have your home professionally cleaned to ensure it is clean, tidy and ready to move back into.
