We have an open communication policy. If you have any queries regarding the project at any time we are always available to listen and accommodate. We also schedule weekly/fortnightly site meetings to discuss the project progress and any issues, queries or concerns you may have. This is your chance to meet with the team 1 on 1 to discuss your project.
We are an approved member of the Certified Builders NZ. This means you will only have NZ trade qualified builders, or apprentices working towards becoming qualified working on your property. It also means every build comes with the protection of the HALO Guarantee. This is New Zealand’s most comprehensive 10 Year Guarantee.
Every job has a dedicated project manager, to ensure the smooth running of the project. Making sure we are running to schedule is a top priority for us. We use project management software Buildertrend so we know when sub-contractors and materials are due on site and can be organised well ahead of time. It also shows us that we are meeting the forecast milestones and guaranteeing our projected finish date.
Our flexible pricing structure caters for all situations. If you decide you want a fixed price contract with no hidden costs you can proceed with confidence knowing that the build is going to come in at a pre-determined price. Alternatively, you can opt for a cost plus margin contract where all invoicing is completely transparent and you can see where every dollar is going.

To help us achieve the best outcome possible we only use trade certified sub-contractors that we know and have built good working relationships with over time. Along with this, we use a 284 point quality checklist to guarantee the best possible outcome for your project, so it not only meets the industry standard but exceeds this and meets our own personal standard.
